Ingredients


1 1/2 cups broccoli (finely chopped)

2 cups kale (finely chopped)

1/2 cup red bell pepper (finely chopped)

1 cup carrot (grated)

1 cup red cabbage (finely chopped)

1/2 cup almonds (finely chopped)

1/4 cup dried cranberries

1 avocado

1 teaspoon ginger root (peeled and grated)

1 teaspoon coriander (finely chopped)

5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons lemons (squeezed)

1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

1 teaspoon mustard

Sea salt to taste

Introduction

This salad makes for an amazingly healthy yet filling lunch that's packed full of vital nutrients that support liver detoxification pathways. The perfect meal for a cleanse.

Preparation

In a large bowl combine all salad ingredients except the avocado, and toss to mix.
Mix all ingredients for the salad dressing in a bowl. (Olive oil, balsamic vinegar, fresh ginger, lemon juice, maple syrup, dijon mustard, and salt)
Add Salad dressing to salad when ready to serve and garnish with avocado.
