3/4 cup almond milk

1 banana (peeled, sliced, and cold)

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1 teaspoon almonds

1/2 cup baby spinach

2 tablespoons shelled hemp seed

1 tablespoon plant-based gluten-free protein powder

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (ground)
