Ingredients


1 watermelon

1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

1 banana

1/4 cup shredded coconut

2 tablespoons mint leaves

1 kiwi fruit

Introduction

This watermelon pizza is a fun little summer treat that everyone can enjoy! Try our cooling combination of watermelon topped with blueberries, kiwi, banana, and mint. Feel free to use any other fruits you fancy.

Preparation

Cut the watermelon through the center into a 1cm slice.
Cut the slice of watermelon into 4 or 6 triangular portions as if it were a pizza and place on a large plate.
Decorate with blueberries, sliced kiwi and banana.
Sprinkle with the grated coconut and the mint leaves on top.
Enjoy!
