8 cups water

1 cucumber

1 lemon

1/4 cup mint leaves

Introduction

Adding flavors to your water is always fun, but adding those flavors by incorporating healthy detox foods is even more rewarding. This detox water uses cucumber, lemon and mint leaves to boost the health benefits in your glass. Mint is proven to aid digestion and treat headaches, while lemon also aids digestion and stimulates the liver. All in all, this is a great cup of detox!

Preparation

Wash the cucumber and lemon well. Cut them into thin slices.
Combine them with the water in a jug or bottle. Add the mint leaves.
Mix and leave to steep overnight in the fridge. Enjoy!
