1 apple

1 kiwi fruit

1/2 orange

1/2 banana

1/4 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt (optional)

1 tablespoon raw cashews

Introduction

Eating fruit for breakfast is a great way to start the day off right. Yes, fruit can be high in sugars, but these are healthy, natural and unprocessed sugars that your body needs to give your cells energy! Simply mix your favorite fruits together in a bowl with some plant milk or coconut yogurt, and your delicious, healthy detox breakfast is ready to be devoured.

Preparation

Wash the apples, kiwi and orange very well.
Peel and cut the fruits into pieces.
Serve the coconut yogurt in a medium bowl. Place all the cut fruits in the bowl with the yogurt, then sprinkle the salad with cashews and a few drops of orange juice.
