Ingredients


1/4 cup tahini paste

1/3 cup almond milk (or any other plant milk)

2 teaspoons lemons (squeezed)

1/4 cup nutritional yeast

Sea salt to taste

Introduction

After just one taste of this luscious cheese-less cheesy sauce, you won't be able to stop yourself from scooping it up with a spoon/vegetable stick/finger! It's not just incredibly delicious but full of calcium, protein and vitamin-rich goodness too. It satisfies any cheese cravings in an instant. Serve it as a dip with vegetable crudite or as a sauce for pasta, nachos, salad, steamed vegetables, pizza, etc.

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and thin the sauce down to the desired consistency with a tablespoon or two of water. For a cheesier taste, add some nutritional yeast.
