No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Hemp Protein Bars
These superfood bars are packed with lots of good healthy fats, nutrients, and a high dose of protein. You only need a couple of minutes to whip up these healthy, no-bake bars and you've got your perfect snack to grab on-the-go!
|Put all the ingredients (minus the orange and the toppings) in the food processor and mix until the ingredients are well blended and a ball forms. (You may need to stop a few times and scrape down the sides).|
|Zest the orange and add it to the food processor. Squeeze in 4-5 tablespoons of orange juice, then mix until the ingredients are well blended.|
|Transfer the mixture into a small square baking pan lined with wax or parchment paper and firmly press it down with a spatula or a cookie roller. Make sure the mixture is flat and spread evenly.|
|Sprinkle the chopped walnuts (or any other nut).|
|Cover with cling wrap and place in the fridge for at least an hour before slicing.|
|Chop it into bars and store refrigerated in an airtight container.|
