Ingredients


1 cup almond milk (or coconut milk)

1 teaspoon turmeric (fresh and grated)

1 teaspoon ginger root (fresh and grated)

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon pure maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

2 teaspoons virgin coconut oil

1 pinch black pepper

Introduction

This creamy latte will spice up your day; whether you are at work, at home, or even on the go. Turmeric is known for fighting inflammation and it also helps lower cholesterol levels. Ginger is great for digestive health and also effective in relieving joint and muscle pain. In addition,the Cinnamon will add an extra kick and take this nourishing beverage to next level.

Preparation

Heat up the almond milk bellow boiling point (medium heat) and mix with turmeric and coconut oil.
Stir until well combined.
Blend with the remaining ingredients in a blender.
Serve with cinnamon on top.
