Ingredients


3/4 cup almond milk

3 tablespoons chia seeds

1 tablespoon raw cacao powder

1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 pinch sea salt

Introduction

This chocolate chia pudding is simple to make and yet so delicious. It tastes fantastic with mixed seasonal fruits! Perfect for breakfast, snack, or dessert.

Preparation

Add the chia seeds and cocoa powder to a mixing bowl.
Pour in the Almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt and mix well.
Let settle for 2-3 minutes then mix again.
Cover and refrigerate overnight, or at least 3-5 hours (until it's achieved a pudding-like consistency).
Serve chilled with your favorite fruit.
