Healthy Apple Crumble
Apple crumble is the perfect autumn dessert enhanced by a sweet aromas of vanilla and spices that will warm your house and heart. It's super simple to make and always a crowd-pleaser!
|Preheat oven to 180C.|
|In a large bowl, mix the apples, almond meal, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.|
|Pour the mixture into the baking tray and set aside.|
|In a separate bowl, mix the crumble topping ingredients (rolled oats, almond meal, pecans, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and cinnamon powder) until combined together.|
|Spread the crumble mixture over the filling in the dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the crumble is toasted and the apples are soft.|
