Ingredients


3/4 cup frozen mango (or fresh)

1 cup baby spinach (or kale)

1/2 banana

1 cup coconut water (or coconut milk)

Introduction

Another great way to liven up your green smoothie is by adding some fresh or frozen mango. The mango will not only add a nice, natural sweetness to your smoothie, it's also a great source of vitamins B6, A and C as well as potassium, magnesium and copper. Moreover, mangoes contain powerful antioxidants that are able to neutralize free radicals throughout the entire body. Combine that with all the health benefits a green smoothie alone has to offer, and you have the ultimate health and detox boost packed into a delicious drink!

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth. Add a few drops of lemon juice if you like.
